Brad was amazing to work with! I did a complete 6 month renovation on my 1914 farm house and Brad was one of my top rated trades. Communication was great, his quotes were straight forward, he showed up when he said he would, got the job done to a high standard and cleaned up all his mess. I highly recommend him!

Brad Lawson runs his business like all contractors should - he returns calls, is punctual, provides a fair quote that he sticks to and above all, provides a great product. Brad provided a few different stain options for us to look at and we decided to go with a clear finish on our red oak floors - looks great.We will certainly use Brad again for future floor refinishing projects.

I don't leave reviews often, but I felt inclined to leave a review as Brad and his team at Lawson Floors deserve five stars. We had Brad and TJ patch and refinish our old (amber-looking) red oak floor, and they look brand new! Brad and TJ were punctual, delivered as quoted (and beyond), and respected our place. Not only that, but Brad also provided great, quick communication via email (I sent a lot of emails) prior to the work, and was friendly and communicative in person as well. I can't say enough about how impressed I am - these guys are true pros in their craft, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

So lovely to see the photos of our recently refurbished Brazilian cherry wood floors on the website. We are so in love with our new floors. It was a project of wonderful discovery. Brad and his team were remarkably professional thorough and clean. I had an idea that the floors would look like this however the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brad and Lawson Flooring. They truly know their stuff and are honestly invested in a beautiful restored outcome. True craftsmanship.

I booked Lawson Floors several months ago specifying an exact time period for the work. They began work on the agreed day and were finished on the agreed day. Our fir floor had 18 years of dents and the finish had been removed in strips from poor taping by a different painting company. Lawson Floors did a beautiful job of sanding and refinishing the floors so they look brand new. No dents, no strips from the taping, no overgrinding, no damage to baseboards. Professional, quality workmanship, no surprises with the invoice...what more could a home-owner want?
